Dear Presidents Trump and Putin,
History bears witness to the good-neighborly relations of our peoples: from the Alaska Purchase of 1867, which strengthened economic ties, to the alliance during World War II with the meeting on the Elbe in 1945, and the Soyuz-Apollo program of 1975—the first handshake in space. The START treaties (1991–2010), which reduced nuclear arsenals by thousands, demonstrated how trust and partnership foster global stability.
Eighty years ago, the invention of nuclear weapons reshaped Humanity’s fate: the lives of billions now depend on the decisions of nuclear powers’ leaders. This moment transformed Humanity into a global socio-political entity, greater than the sum of all nations and peoples. Humanity has its own interests and goals, grounded in fundamental principles:
- Humanity lives on one planet, Earth, and can have only one shared future rooted in common values.
- The ultimate goal of Humanity is survival and harmonious development.
- Humanity aspires to a multiplanetary future, where Earth’s blue sky may become a symbol of unity.
Humanity demands leaders responsible for its destiny. Your meeting on August 15, 2025, in Alaska offers hope and faith in Humanity’s harmonious development and the creation of a shared future. This meeting can halt wars, including the conflict in Ukraine, and strengthen trust and cooperation between our nations. The great powers of the United States and Russia bear responsibility for the future of all Humanity.
To mark and perpetuate a new era of human prosperity, we propose building a memorial-transport complex—a bridge-tunnel across the Bering Strait, connecting Alaska and Chukotka. This will shorten Europe–America–Asia routes, unlock resources, and pave the way for a world without wars. Beacons of Earth’s Blue Sky—memorial complexes with domes shining like our sky—may become a symbol of Humanity’s unity now and in a multiplanetary future.
This joint U.S.-Russia project will catalyze economic cooperation and people-to-people diplomacy, serving as a symbol of trust and partnership among our peoples and the world. Strong ties in culture, economy, and education are the cornerstone of security and prosperity.
The Spirit of the Elbe united us 80 years ago. Today, we call on you to revive it by building a memorial-transport complex across the Bering Strait as a symbol of unity and hope for peace worldwide. President Trump, President Putin, become Leaders of Humanity on the path to harmonious development and the creation of a shared Future on our beautiful planet Earth, with its blue sky and sun that shines for all.

История свидетельствует о добрососедстве наших народов: от сделки по Аляске 1867 года, укрепившей экономические связи, до союзничества во Второй мировой войне со встречей на Эльбе в 1945 году и программы «Союз-Аполлон» 1975 года — первого рукопожатия в космосе. Договоры START (1991–2010), сократившие ядерные арсеналы на тысячи единиц, показали, как доверие и партнерство обеспечивают мировую стабильность.
80 лет назад изобретение ядерного оружия изменило судьбу Человечества: жизнь миллиардов стала зависеть от решений лидеров ядерных держав. Этот момент сделал Человечество единым глобальным субъектом с собственными интересами и целями, основанными на фундаментальных принципах:
- У Человечества сегодня одна планета Земля, и может быть только одно общее будущее с общими ценностями.
- Высшая цель Человечества — выживание и гармоничное развитие.
- Человечество стремится к мультипланетарному будущему, где голубое небо Земли может стать символом единства.
Человечество требует лидеров, ответственных за его судьбу. Ваша встреча 15 августа 2025 года в Аляске дает надежду и веру Человечеству на гармоничное развитие и созидание общего будущего. Ваша встреча способна остановить войны, включая конфликт на Украине, и укрепить доверие и сотрудничество между странами. Великие державы США и Россия несут ответственность за будущее всего Человечества.
В ознаменование новой эры процветания мы предлагаем построить мемориально-транспортный комплекс — мост-тоннель через Берингов пролив, соединяющий Аляску и Чукотку. Он сократит маршруты Европа–Америка–Азия, откроет доступ к ресурсам и станет шагом к миру без войн. Маяки Голубого Неба Земли — купольные мемориалы, сияющие как небо, — могут стать символом единства Человечества в настоящем и будущем.
Этот совместный проект США и России станет катализатором экономического сотрудничества и народной дипломатии, символом доверия и партнерства между нашими народами и миром. Крепкие связи в культуре, экономике и образовании — залог безопасности и процветания.
